This formula helps regulate Qi, indicated for sensation of foreign body in the throat, fullness and oppression in the chest and diaphragm, abdominal distension, mild distension in the lower abdomen, vomiting, symptoms aggravated by stress, dyspnea, palpitations, anxiety, irritability, hiccups, belching, white and moist or white and slippery tongue coating, sticky and moderate or sticky and slippery pulse. This formula can be used in cases of hysteria, neurasthenia, gastritis, gastric neurosis, nervous vomiting, vomiting during pregnancy, esophageal spasm, pharyngeal neurosis, chronic pharyngitis, chronic laryngitis, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma and esophageal spasm.
