In this formula, Huang Qi and Dang Shen strengthen the spleen and tonify the qi. Dang Gui and He Shou Wu nourish the blood and moisten the intestines, while Dang Gui also activates the blood and transforms stasis. Rou Cong 114 Rong nourishes the blood, strengthens the yang, and releases the free flow of feces.
