They consist of a skin lesion resulting from the physical action of cold on superficial blood vessels. The contraction of blood vessels due to cold is physiological, however, some people are more sensitive than others and this prevents blood circulation to the extremities of the body - face, hands and feet - which are the most affected areas. They may present redness, numbness, swelling, pain or cracks.
How to treat symptoms with natural products:
- Mix 1 tablespoon of Avocado Butter with 1 level dessert spoon of Aloe Vera or Rosehip vegetable oil;
- If you need to significantly restructure your skin, you should do a pink clay mask twice a week, followed by moisturizing with the synergy indicated above. You should not use avocado butter on your face, and on your feet, opt for a foot bath with pink clay, after moisturizing.
- You can add 2 drops of Palmarosa Essential Oil to this routine, but we suggest that you simplify and first use only the raw material/plant base, if necessary to give a boost , then add the essential oil.
